Foundations II: Knit Wristlets

The Knit stitch and the Purl stitch are the building blocks of all knitting techniques. In this class, we’ll talk about the Purl stitch, which allows you to create all kinds of stitch patterns like Stockinette Stitch, Ribbing, and Seed Stitch. We’ll be making your first pair of Fingerless Mitts or Wristlets. This class will also build up your knitting terminology where we’ll begin reading patterns, talking about yarn and needle sizes, and going over some common terms and phrases you’ll encounter.
