Stitch Away Stress and Learn to Knit


Join Third Piece to Learn to Knit with life coach Kelley Connors!  In this class, we will knit stress away with a 15-minute guided meditation, followed by beginner Learn to Knit instruction.  The class will cover the fundamental knitting techniques: Casting on, the Knit Stitch, Binding Off, and basic sewing and finishing techniques. 

Kelley Connors, MPH, is a life work coach for professional working women. She empowers a wholebeing approach to working well as she helps women reignite their life’s work through coaching, mindfulness and positive psychology. She holds workshops, dinner salons and mini-retreats so women can connect and collaborate as part of their professional journey. Kelley is a grad of BU School of Public Health and College of Communications. She is a South End resident with her husband Julien and dog, Lucy.
