ORDER & SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION:
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation confirming your order details. Shortly after confirmation, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Order are typically processed within 2-14 business days given the hand-knit nature of our pieces. Third Piece ships packages via either USPS or UPS ground out of Boston, Massachusetts. Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on where you are located.
ONLINE & IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for full refund within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Orders may be returned in-store or via mail. If returning by mail, please send an email to email@example.com to initiate the return with your original order number forward details of your return shipment tracking information.
You will be responsible for the cost of postage/courier for returned goods unless the original item was shipped in error. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.
Items returned after the full refund period can be exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase for another Third Piece purchase of equal value or for a merchandise credit. If the same product is not available, an item of equal value will be offered or a merchandise credit will be issued.
All item must be unworn and in original condition with the hangtag and label attached and/or the original sales receipt.
